The 90mm intake kit from 3F Motorsport increases the performance of the 2.5TFSI (RS3, TTRS, RSQ3, Formentor VZ5) engines by approx. 7HP and 15NM.
The kit increases the standard intake diameter from 87mm to 90mm (from 80mm to 90mm for the CEPA engine) and eliminates tapers and edges that reduce performance. The newly shaped funnel accelerates and calms the incoming air. The intake noise is also improved and it is still possible to drive with a plate air filter.
Scope of delivery:
- 1x 90mm funnel with high-quality brass thread inserts
- 1x 90mm intake hose adapter
- 2x black M5 hexagon socket screws
- 1x installation instructions with pictures
Fits all models with the air filter boxes shown. Please select whether the box is 1st gen or 2nd gen.
The kit does not have TÜV/EC approval, but it can be registered by individual inspection. Experience shows that it does not attract attention due to its inconspicuous appearance. The original part must be modified.
